mierutech (“we”) handles information obtained through enquiries and assessment work as follows.
1. Information we collect
- Company name, contact name, email address, target URL and message submitted through the form
- Technical information within the scope agreed for an assessment (configuration values, response headers)
- Public information (DNS, certificate transparency logs, etc.)
2. Purpose
- Responding to enquiries, quoting and performing contracts
- Producing and explaining assessment reports
- Aggregated statistics that do not identify individuals
3. Third parties
We do not disclose information to third parties without consent, except as required by law.
4. Processors
Where part of the work is outsourced, we limit the scope and supervise the processor appropriately.
5. Retention
Deliverables and related material are kept for the period defined in the contract and deleted afterwards. Deletion requests can be sent to the address below.
6. Security
We apply access controls and storage safeguards to prevent unauthorised access, leakage or loss.
7. Access and correction
On request, we will disclose, correct or stop using personal information within the limits of applicable law.
